Family Care Partners by InnovaCare Health

Been a patient with Family Care Partners for 20 years as well as my kids (19 and 14). Used the Arlington office for pediatrics with Dr. G she is amazing. Me and my daughter come here for a year now since moved. We see Heather Gall who is amazing as well. She as well as other staff are why we come and going to check into a pedestrian as well.

We've had excellent care from all the staff at family care partners Fleming island. We have been made to feel like family and well taken care of. Stephanie Collins and medical assistance Cam are excellent. Stephanie, was really concerned about the Quailty of care she provided my husband and I. I highly recommend them Jamie, at from desk really takes care of you from the minute you walk in.Nisha, the checkout is very helpful also. Dr. Warren is an amazing doctor. He has treated us at least 15 years.

As a male patient, I've always appreciated medical professionals who take the time to truly listen and make you feel at ease and Stephania Dejno does exactly that. From the moment you walk into her office, she creates and environment that's welcoming and respectful. Her demeanor is always friendly and calm, to which immediately puts you at ease, especially when sometimes discussing sensitive and/or personal topics. Stephania is very knowledgeable. It is clear that she knows her field inside and out and it also helps that she explains things in a very easy to understand approach. I truly appreciate her and the time she takes to answer questions thoroughly and ensures you understand your options moving before moving forward with any care plan.

I recently made appts for my son and I both with Dr. Afshar. We are both pretty medically fragile and we’ve never had doctors that made me feel heard about either one of our health. This guy though, he’s definitely in the right field of work. He is very smart and he listens. That to me means the absolute world because it’s a fight for both my son and I to stay healthy and live. Just awesome☺️
