Stay away if you care about your health!!!! The doctors and staff don’t care about you. I thought how bad could it be after reading all the negative reviews for a neighborhood doctor. Well It’s bad! 10 years ago the Fort Caroline office was a very good practice, that’s where I used to go. Since selling out to an investment firm, they won’t call you back or try to give you helpful medical assistance. Sending the wrong referrals to other doctors wasting months of time and effecting my health. The office was filthy, waiting rooms had hair on the floor like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Stay away! Don’t ask me if I want a follow up with customer service what’s the point if you don’t care about your customers health! Fix your issues as a medical provider you’re failing and doing a poor job!

Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. always show concern about my health and goes over my recent blood work. Dr. Is very thorough and easy to understand medical conditions.
While most of the staff is friendly enough ... plan to spend LITERAL HOURS here for your appointment. It's absolutely ridiculous how far this place has fallen. This was my kids doctor's office when they were little. Never more than 15 mins wait after your appointment time. Always super friendly staff. Great care. I guess it changed hands somewhere between my sons and my granddaughter. Bec now it's horrible. Appointment at 9 am your not leaving till 2 or 3 pm. They won't even call you back till 10:30. Today iv been here since 2. It is now 2:47 and iv watched not 1 but 2 people get called to the back that came in after us and there's still a family waiting to be seen that was here b4 us. As I said absolutely ridiculous. I'll be changing doctor's after this one.
It was fast we we're in and out, there was plenty of laughing and they made us feel very welcomed, everyone we saw had a very positive attitude I loved it there
I'm not sure why there are those bad reviews, I've been going here for a couple of years now and haven't experienced ANY Of the things these folks have experienced, I've got an appointment next week!
