I wish I could give this place zero stars. Im still im disbelief of my experience Friday. I was called same day of my appointment with a notice of cancelation because the provider wasn't there. I do understand providers are people and emergencies come up. No explanation. Instead it was my fault I did not receive a call from them supposedly a week prior canceling my appointment. No voicemail, no message through portal, no email or anything to alert me to the cancelation. I actually had an email reminder to check in early. I had been trying to be seen at least 3 weeks for a very serious medical need. When the 1st appointment failed I used telemedicine and had a great experience. Still I had a great experience with Provider Marcelus, NP a year ago when I first saw her at their location in Arlington. Fast forward there are still mishaps with getting me rescheduled. I asked to speak with a manager because the phone receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was placed on hold and got the run-around. Receptionist eventually told me the manager was busy and it was my job to manage my appointments. Im like what kind of gaslighting episode is this? Their office cant keep a patient's appointment, can not timely communicate, no provider availablility, three weeks of my time wasted, not to mention scheduling time off around being a caregiver for a child with chronic illness and at all times this is my fault? Some of the back story I pieced together when speaking with the call center is there was only one provider on the schedule that day, clearly overworked and double-booked. Patients are doomed to have a bad experience when management allows this. I go in person to speak with office manager because I was already in route to the appointment that was totally screwed up. Called center actually suggested this because even they could not decipher some of the communication around my appointments. I got more run-around, no one at the front desk. I wait for several minutes. Eventually a white female appears, says she's the office manager, no more appts, she doesn't want to speak to me because she's going through chemotherapy. Im a cancer survivor, watched a grandmother battle cancer, currently the only caregiver for a child with ongoing infusions and treatments, still I DO NOT avoid my responsibilities or treat people poorly. Manager then says, "GO BACK TO THE NORTHSIDE!" I have no idea what she meant because all of my appointmens with the practice since becoming a new patient in 2025 were at the Arlington location. However I do have property at a Northside address. Office Manager calls security and says if I dont leave they will call the police. I had not spoken a word to the office manager or receptionist that would warrant them flipping the script like I was the problem. Nothing derogatory, only me adamantly telling them they totally inconvenienced me and wasted my time with the multiple scheduling issues over the past 3 weeks. I left because I did not want to be framed in their unprofessional scheme. It was the worst experience to be in need for care and treated like trash. My kids also experienced this terrible nightmare with me, one who I was also juggling appointments the same day of my appointment. Once again I resulted to using online telemedicine. This platform will take over these failing practices. No scheduling issues, no battles with incompetent staff, no waiting 3 weeks, no driving, no gasligting, no racist commentary or disrespect in the presence of kids. Telemedicine provided very warm professional, compassionate, competent providers who promptly appeared, respected me and addressed my medical needs without the distressing experience of this facility. Im still in disbelief. I woke up that morning so hopeful I could be seen and finally receive healthcare. Nothing could have prepared me for this encounter. I had a headache for hours later after this encounter. OTC meds did not work due to the emotional distress. Just typing this review I feel a headache resurfacing.

I have been going here for 30 years. I have had at least 8 doctors. Sometimes I only saw them once and they were gone. It has gotten worse and worse. Today I had an appointment for bloodwork at Quest and got there to find out that there were no orders in the system and the copy they gave me was previous results instead of new orders. I went to the office to get new orders since the lady at Quest said I could come back. The office wasn't open yet, but the lady at the desk said she'd try to help me. Long story short, I had to wait until the doctor and the assistant got in there. But my doctor's assistant is a very rude person, and yes I was mad when I got there. So when she came out to give him to me, she started yelling at me like it was my fault that they didn't put orders in the system. And gave me the wrong paperwork, so I'd miss my appointment time. I do not like this person as her assistant, and I as of now will be changing doctors after thirty years because I can't stand this place anymore.
Do your own research. I just left the er due to blood clots. I was given medication by the doctor here that made my condition 100× worse. The Dr in the er explained i should not have ever been prescribed this medication. I should have been skeptical when he prescribed after having a nonchalant attitude during the entire visit. This place needs to be shut down and he needs to lose his license. Please research every medication don't just read the paper that comes with the prescription. Google the medication's name and any health condition you may have. Do a deep dive before taking anything. These doctors do not care because you are not them. You are not their loved one. They will kill you and not lose any sleep.
Everything that happens at this facility has to be micromanaged by the patient… Specialist took two weeks to receive a referral About a fractured wrist I had to call several times to the point I quit.. also, a simple prescription refill has been ongoing for about five Days pharmacy still hasn’t received quite ridiculous
Front entrance across from millers ale house. Walk in door and security to the left. Elevator to the right a little bit further down. Family care partners 3rd floor. Reception desk to the right to check in. Waiting room behind receptionist desk. Lots of parking available
