I've been going here for over a decade and have consistently had my primary care doctor leave the practice after only seeing them for about year or two, and every time this happens I never get any notice until I call for a prescription refill. They will then tell me I need to see a new primary care doctor to get a refill, regardless of if it's a medication I've been taking for years or if the last time I saw my doctor was less than a year ago. This was already quite annoying to deal with, I understand why it's necessary but it was frustrating to never be notified when they left. I was willing to let it slide all this time because they were always reasonable enough to allow another doctor to refill my prescription for a month to hold me over until I could see a new doctor. However, once again my primary care doctor left with no notice to me, except this time they refused to allow me to have any medication, not even just a month's worth, until I have seen a new doctor. I explained that I was not given any notice, that I would be out of my medication in a week, and that before they had always allowed me to have one more refill until I could see a new doctor, but none of that mattered to them. They were also booked for several weeks save for one single opening that I could not make due to work obligations, so I would literally be out of my medication for weeks until I could see a new doctor. This medication is not a controlled substance and I could experience severe side effects without it, but again that does not seem to matter. As I write this I'm hoping I can get an emergency refill from my pharmacy. I almost never bother to leave negative reviews anywhere, but seeing as this is a healthcare provider (or supposed to be, anyway) I felt the need to warn people. This has been the final straw for me and I will be seeking out a new practice to go to.

Stay away! I initially switched to them because they were closer to my house, saw Ms. Shanks, everything seemed normal...to help in my weight-loss journey she prescribed GLP-1. I have lost some weight but I noticed that I am feeling worse. Finally got through to get her to order bloodwork and urinalysis. The results came back terrible! I messaged and called voicing my concerns, no response. Scheduled an appointment, which somehow now took months to get, came for the appointment and they tell me I'm late and I need to reschedule. I showed a text message to the front desk that I was on time and they had a wrong time, but nope, they wouldn't budge in. I should have switched the provider at that point, but Ms. Shanks messaged me finally saying that she would refer me to hematologist, so I decided to give it one more shot. No actual referral was ever made, she has never messaged or reached out to me about the test results...and I am potentially walking around for over 4 months with an infection... I set up yet another appointment with her, again had to wait a few months...I came 15 minutes late, they told me they had to reschedule because their late show policy window is 15 minutes...15=15 in my head, at least...nope, wouldn't budge... when I told her that it was weird how every time since my tests' results came back bad they come up with excuses to reschedule me, she tried to say that I was yelling at her! I came in sick as a dog, coughing and all, and this is what I got from my supposed PCP! Never again! So not worth it! An update: I actually went right after to an Urgent Care and, after they reviewed my test results from November, I was told I had an infection and it should have been treated 4 months ago!!! All she had to do was prescribe antibiotics but she didn't care enough!
Fantastic place, staff is wonderful and friendly. Spencer Smith rocks! Helping me by answering all my questions and giving me peace about any concerns I have.
Today was my first visit.. I was very pleased with the quick appointment... When I get to desk I was greeted with a very friendly receptionist. Signed in and was called back within 10 minutes... The nurse was very friendly and talkative.. then within minutes of getting vitals taken,Dr. Jonathan Gonzalez came in and introduced himself and welcomed me. I was very pleased that he seemed to be caring about his patients and listening to everything I had to say or ask.. so happy to have found this medical group..
0 starts if I could - I HIGHLY do not recommended going here. I have had the worst experience with them and will never return. I had one good doctor on my first visit who cared, but she left. Then I had Dr. Gonzales.. I had an emergency and they said he did gyno, but the exam was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and awkward. I'm not a shy person with these exams, but this was something else entirely. I felt uneasy about it for days after. That is NOT how a doctor should make you feel. Samples were even dropped on the floor.. and they did NOT wipe the floor clean. I had a broken toe which he was not careful about. Any further explanation is not appropriate but please take my word for it. Worst pelvic exam of my life. Not to mention, I could hear him making dinner reservations while I was waiting for him to come in, naked in a paper cloth, freezing cold. Prescription: He never filled my Rx after my appointment. It took 3 weeks and multiple times of me calling every few days just to get through to someone to ask him, again, to send in the refill of my prescription that I've been on for 10 years. They assured me they had sent him the message for the refill, and each time I talked to someone they would say, "Yeah I see multiple requests, I don't know why he hasn't sent it in yet, let me send him another message". I had to push to talk to a manager to get anyone to send in or print out the script. This went on for 3 weeks, of which I was completely out of my medicine. When you call, you can't get through to talk to anyone. I have had to call multiple times a day for days to get anything done. You leave a message or ask for a call back, but no one ever does. I found a new doctor now that I love. Please, spare yourself the hassle and do not go here.
