I absolutely love this place! I come twice a day, pretty much every day, and it truly has become the highlight of my routine. The team here is the sweetest—you can tell they genuinely care and always make you feel welcome. My drinks are always perfect, and they’re honestly what gets me through the day. Having something to look forward to before work makes such a difference, and I can’t imagine going without my visits here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing drinks and even better people! You also must try the salted Carmel mocha coffee! It’s my favorite drink to start me off in the morning with tons of protein!

Just stopped in with my husband for an afternoon pick me up. Katie and Evynn were very kind, and knowledgeable about the drink menu. The drinks were so good, and the shop was very cute. We will definitely be back the next time we visit.

The drinks are excellent and full of flavor. I tried the Malibu Barbie and was able to add some water and get two full drinks out of one. Definitely will come back and try some more of their beverages.

Absolutely love this place! Nutrition Retreat is my go-to spot in Keystone Heights for loaded teas and meal replacement shakes. The teas are delicious, energizing, and come in so many fun flavors—it’s hard to choose just one! The meal replacement shakes are equally amazing—filling, healthy, and perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you pick out something you’ll enjoy. Whether you’re focused on health goals or just want a tasty boost to your day, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
