Faith Automotive is a the BEST!!! Awesome customer service/satisfaction with fair pricing and fast service. I’m from Atlanta GA and reached out to them to fix my friend’s 2012 Nissan Altima located in Jacksonville FL. They immediately, arranged towing, diagnosed the problem, and gave a fair honest estimate. The Alternator, Battery, and Serpentine belt all replaced within a few business days of contacting them. They also recommend and completed a much needed oil change as well. Super fast service. I highly recommend this business. Thanks again, Faith Automotive. Your the best …A++
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The prices are great. I was quoted over $3500 at the dealership for a leak in my evaporator case and the mechanic found no leak only a very dirty filter. Will be getting my car service here from now on. Thanks
I recently visited this shop and was blown away by how friendly everyone was. The mechanic was not only very knowledgeable but also genuinely nice. Finding a good, honest, and reliable mechanic can be challenging; especially as a woman, since some people may try to take advantage. This was the first time I truly felt I wasn’t being misled. I look forward to returning here for all my future auto repairs and will happily recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!
My car was having issues starting while running errands and struggling to accelerate. They were able to take my car and repair it quickly. I would come back again for other services
If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic then this is the place for you! Its a family run operation, everyone is friendly and nice. My service was quick and timely. No complaints!
