Got my windshield replaced a bit ago and these guys did awesome job, especially with moving all my stickers over. The first go around the glass came broke, so it only took an extra day but it was still pretty fast all things considered. Not too expensive either.

I'm in the auto industry, I've worked with many glass companies, and these guys are by far the best at it. Price is competitive if you need to come out of pocket, timing is great, and mobile service is very convenient. I've had confidence in every tech they've sent out.

My service needed to be pushed back a day because of their lack of manning and the weather acting up. But Taylor came the next morning and did a great job. He was very kind and professional and had great communication skills. The ladies in the office weren't so much, I felt like they came off rude, esp with their tone of voice. I spoke to them several times, and each time came off poorly - they always interrupted me before I could finish my introduction, and don't seem to enjoy their jobs. At least I don't think working the phone is a job they should be doing, I only chose this place because they were a local business, and they gave the better price. I'm just disappointed in the customer service from the office, it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of the day instead of grateful that I got my windshield fixed. Taylor was the silver lining, but I probably should have gone somewhere else based on interactions with the office ladies alone.
