Selected this company due to the great reviews for a move in cleaning. Their staff is very responsive and were flexible with the schedule, as our closing date kept changing. That was much appreciated. The cleaning was a minimum of 4 hours, which of course they could not clean the entire house. That was never our expectation. With that in mind, they were only able to clean approximately 10 interior windows, 2 bathrooms (with brand new toilets), and kitchen (with new fridgerator). We also had floor cleaners coming the next day, so that was not prioritized. They were very slow at cleaning, making our family feel like it was intentional to receive additional hours of pay. For the sake of this review, I will only be including photos of the home areas that were “prioritized” by the crew- including the 2 downstairs bathrooms and kitchen area. They continue to say these are up to standard, but you can take a look at the photos yourself. The hair corner they left in the downstairs bathroom is what showcases their attention to detail. The inside of the windows did look excellent. I would recommend doing it yourself or finding another company. Maybe it was an off day for our cleaning, because they do have great reviews. Just not happy with the service that was $395.
For over 10 years I have owned & managed an oceanfront Airbnb in S. Ponte Vedra Beach. Last year I searched, interviewed and tested several cleaning companies. When I met Fabby from Fabby’s Cleaning service I noted immediately that she is very professional, takes cleaning to a new level & pays very close attention to the details. This is crucial as I have very high expectations and work hard to deserve our over 150 5* reviews. On turnover days Fabby’s team arrives on time and with their own supplies that they know to be effective. The house smells wonderful and everything is well organized & beautiful. The bathrooms shine, windows and mirrors are streak-free. All appliances & drawers are carefully wiped down and the kitchen cabinets are well organized. The bedrooms look beautiful with matching quilts pulled tight, lamp shades & paintings are straight & there’s a fresh scent of fabric spray. I am always impressed by the small touches such as the lovely folds on toilet paper rolls, cushions arranged to coordinate with the room decor, TVs & lights on to welcome the guests; even our date decoration is always turned to the correct date of guests’ arrival. Since I started working with Fabby’s Cleaning Services, numerous reviews have complimented the cleanliness of the home and the attention to detail. As the owner and manager of Ocean Blue I highly recommend Fabby’s Cleaning Service for the quality of their work, the professionalism and trust that a job will always be done well and on time for our incoming guests! it is a huge comfort to have a trusted cleaning team that treats my property as if it were their own.

Fabby cleaning services went above and beyond. My house needed a deep cleaning throughout and they did a fantastic job. They went out of their way to clean things I did not expect such as our baby’s high chair base and our espresso machine. I will definitely be recommending them to others and using them in the future.
I first found Fabby when we were moving to a new home and I wanted a deep clean before moving in. I searched the internet and saw amazing reviews and just felt like this company was the one. I contacted them and we were scheduled right away. I was blown away with how well they paid attention to all of the little details and how hard they worked. Our home was cleaned so well and looked just right for us to move in😉 Because they did such an amazing job, I decided that I wanted them to come on a regular basis and I recommend them to my friends and family. My daughter has had a deep clean from Fabby’s ladies and was well pleased. If you are looking for a company that truly values and excels at what they do, you can’t go wrong with Fabby!!! It’s always so comforting to come home to a nice, clean house🥰 They are priced really well too☝️
