Eyeglass World

Coming back with another review; we figured it out and apologized to eachother. Everything’s all good, they don’t take my insurance but I was fine paying out of pocket. Absolutely everyone I dealt with today either phone/ in person it was really awesome and thank you all so much for making my experience back so amazing. Pandora you are SUCH an angel of a person it was a blessing to get to meet you! She was so helpful and personable, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing glasses and same with the Dr. I never knew I had a double astigmatism! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I broke my glasses playing with my kids and stopped by after a quick call to confirm they’d be able to help. I was greeted immediately by a young man and he just took care of things from there. He didn’t ask me any question and started repairing my glasses. I asked to pay and he said don’t worry about it. I asked again, and he said again, don’t worry about it. Stop by any time. Completely floored me, enough to stop and write a review. Amazing customer service, will absolutely come here from now on.

Great location! Dr. Patel is outstanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I also want to recognize Laurie. She truly knows how to do things the right way—professional, thorough, and old-school in the best sense of the word. It’s rare to find someone with her level of experience and attention to detail. I will absolutely be returning to this location specifically because of Laurie. She made the entire experience exceptional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I really wanted to write this one because I feel like it’ll help improve the way my situation was handled. I came in about a week and a half ago for glasses and contacts. I ordered everything and completely understood the time frame it would take for the store to receive my order. A few days into the trial contacts I was given to hold me over until my actual ones came in, they started feeling very uncomfortable. Especially the one in my left eye. I was constantly having to adjust my eyes and blink to get them to re-adjust and I was able to feel them in my eye. It was very irritating and so I called the office multiple times but was not able to get a hold of someone. So yes I contacted corporate to try and see if I can get routed to the store. All I wanted was to see if I could switch out my trials for another set. That’s it. I got nowhere. Today I had to contact corporate again because the store wasn’t answering. I was at work and my contacts were really bothering me. I was told I would receive a call back. Didn’t get a call back so I called at 4 and lily answered the phone. Before I could even finish my request, she proceeds to cut me off and say everyone’s hours were cut and she hasn’t had time to contact anyone. At no point was I ever rude to her, I was very upset because all I wanted was to switch out my contacts because they were uncomfortable. A VERY simple request. She didn’t care to hear me out, instead cut me off. She then hung up on me. I tried to call back and no answer. This is NOT the way to treat someone who’s uncomfortable especially when they need to be able to see correctly while working and driving. I finally got a hold of another rep who was very sweet and finally honored my request to switch them out. Turns out my left contact had a minor tear in it which caused the discomfort in my left eye. I asked for a simple request to not be uncomfortable while waiting on my contacts to get here instead my concerns were cut off and I got hung up on. Absolute terrible way to treat someone who’s uncomfortable and wasn’t deserving of this kind of treatment. I hope this is seen and understood that it’s unacceptable to treat someone like this. After I receive my order I will never come back, and I will never allow anyone I know to come here and risk being treated the way I was for absolutely no reason.
