Absolutely Incredible Customer Service — Diane Saved My Vacation! I wish I could give Eye Envy 10 stars! I had just arrived in Florida for my vacation when I realized I only had contact lenses for my right eye and none for my left. Needless to say, this was not how I wanted to start my trip! I walked into Eye Envy hoping someone might be able to help. That’s when I met Diane, who was an absolute angel! I explained my situation and showed her my prescription, and without hesitation, she went above and beyond to help me. She provided me with a complimentary five-day trial supply of contact lenses, completely saving my vacation! What touched me most wasn’t just her generosity, but her genuine kindness and willingness to help someone she’d never met before. I wasn’t a regular customer, just a visitor in a bind, yet Diane treated me as though I’d been a valued customer for years. In a world where exceptional customer service seems increasingly rare, Diane reminded me that there are still wonderful people and businesses that genuinely care about others. Eye Envy, you have an absolute gem in Diane! Her kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start to my vacation into an experience I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for an optical store that truly puts people first, look no further than Eye Envy. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you, Diane, from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just give me contact lenses — you saved my trip!
Stopped by Eye Envy today on Fernandina Beach (Sadler Rd). Used my current prescription to purchase daily wear glasses as well as sunglasses (progressive lenses for distance and reading). Monica assisted me and she is fabulous! Her knowledge, expertise, and customer service skills are exceptional. The owner of Eye Envy is blessed to have an outstanding employee like Monica. Excellent selection of name brand frames all well displayed. Stop by and check out Eye Envy…..you won’t be disappointed!
The ladies were so friendly and knowledgeably! My appointment was done in a timely manner, a very smooth process. Great selection of glasses!! Thanks again!!
I was in need of a pair of Polarized Sunglasses, which lead me to DIANE at Eye Envy Optical on Sadler Road in Fernandina Beach. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my optical needs and guided me to the perfect pair of Maui Jims! Her kindness and friendly manner made me want to leave a review of my VERY positive experience! Whether you need glasses or just a visit with an uplifting person, stop by and see Diane!
I recently relocated to Amelia Island. Two friends recommended Eye Envy. On November 1, 2024, I had an eye test, bought a new pair of glasses and replaced the lens in two others. It was a very positive experience. Colin Milo, O.D. was very professional. He listened carefully to my concerns. He very patiently described in detail the results of the testing. I was impressed by the advanced testing equipment. Barbara, Morgan and Monica are an amazing staff who provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. Choosing a pair of glasses is no easy task! But I never felt rushed. Without a doubt, Eye Envy had the largest assortment of frames I have ever seen. And I think I tried them ALL on! I give the company my highest recommendation! Barbara A Miller
