James and his team were absolutely amazing. He filmed our wedding this past weekend on 11.15.25. He got all our videos back to us yesterday, which is within less than a week! His communication and execution were spot on, and he filmed everything we wanted and then some. He works with what you want and will 100% make that happen! He arrived early to the venue ready to work and didn’t stop the whole evening. My husband, our family, and I are beyond thrilled with the videos we received and have played them over and over again since we got them. I will 100% recommend him over and over again.
We are so incredibly grateful to James for capturing our wedding day so perfectly. From start to finish, him and his secondary videographer were professional, kind, and truly attentive to every important moment. The quality of the videos we received is amazing. Every detail, emotion, and special memory was beautifully documented, and we feel so lucky to have so many meaningful moments preserved forever. The footage feels natural, genuine, and perfectly reflects the joy of the day. We absolutely loved our highlight video. It was emotional, beautifully edited, and brought us right back to those moments all over again. It is something we will cherish for years to come. James and his assistant John were truly great the day of our wedding! They captured everything I could want and even got additional shots I hadn't thought of. Their turnaround was incredible (about a week) and James was very receptive and open to feedback on the videos as well. They clearly take great pride in their work and I'm so pleased I found them so they could capture our big day!
James, and his assistant John, exceeded all expectations for videography on our wedding day! James was very responsive to emails throughout the planning process as well as scheduling a call the week of to confirm what was most important to us for him to capture. They also traveled to Tallahassee, FL from St. John's, FL for a very reasonable rate. The day of, they both arrived early and worked seamlessly with our photographer. They were very polite and stayed behind the scenes, occasionally asking for an additional pose or shot after photography. We received our videos within 10 days of our wedding! For the Silver Package, they were on site for 8 hours of coverage and we received several videos - highlight, getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (speeches and special dances), dancing (1.5 hours of the dance floor!), and private last dance & exit. He also used songs from our day as background and asked for other song suggestions too. My husband and I are so thankful for the time they spent to capture our day and how much footage we have to look back on. Thank you again Exciting Productions!!!!!
James did a beautiful job with our wedding video and we highly recommend him! His planning process was simple and straightforward and consisted of 2 easy and helpful questionnaires and a phone call, in addition to numerous emails back and forth to answer all of our questions. He was really flexible with planning (this was a COVID wedding) and he easily adapted to all of our changes in schedule and locations without complaint and without any extra fees. He had very reasonable pricing! He worked with us to figure out what was most important to us to capture on our wedding day and really seemed to care that we had a great experience and great wedding day. On the day of our wedding he arrived early and was attentive and excited to be there. He was calm and truly professional throughout our wedding and got great footage. We received a highlights video within one week of our wedding and I've watched it about a thousand times already. As the bride, it is such a treasure to have video footage of the most special day of my life and to be able to see scenes, people and reactions that I missed while I was busy doing something else during a hectic wedding day. He interviewed most of our wedding guests and the messages they left were so sweet and personal. My groom and I were exhausted by the time we got to our interview portion and unable to string two thoughts together, and he was really nice and understanding about it too. He really helped us feel comfortable and like ourselves. James also offered us the raw footage of our wedding, which was also great and fun to watch as well. He has tons of wedding videos up on his Youtube page as examples of his work and they are all incredible quality and really give you a sense of what the day was like. All in all, we couldn't be happier and highly recommend James and Exciting Productions for all of your video needs.
