I have lived here almost a year and I will tell you that you won’t find a better staff that cares more about their residents and their community. The location is great! You are only minutes from Jacksonville, Amelia island, and Kings Bay military base. The units are spacious and it’s a safe and quiet community. It all comes back to the staff, they treat you like community and people not just a number. Scott, Brianna, and all of the other staff are committed to making sure that the property is always kept nice and the amenities stay very well kept. If you have an issue it is addressed quickly and thoroughly. If you are considering this property as your new home you will not be disappointed!
We moved in in March and are enjoying the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds and all amenities. I am surprised at how all the residents respect their neighbors peace. The office team are always friendly and helpful. I have already referred them to a co-worker who has since moved in and says "she's loving it already"!
A place I’m happy to house my family at finally and the customer service was top tier. Mostly cause other apartments don’t really care for the intricacies just your money to move in, not here! Briana Cooper thoroughly explained what was required and what we could call and get help with in case of emergency and simple repairs for one of life’s mishaps. Wildlight is definitely where it’s at if I do say so myself.
The team of Exchange (Christa Vogel) have been wonderful to my spouse and I with our huge move to Yulee. This apartment complex and just living in Wildlight is the best spot in Nassau right now. I appreciate the team for accommodating us. I recommend it.
The staff is very nice and kind, the assist you with any questions and concerns you may have. Breanna in the office is so sweet. I have had a great experience with maintenance staff they both are always so helpful and get the job done.
