Very friendly staff. Barbara set us up for a test drive, and then walked us through the options and purchase. They were able to make a couple of modifications before delivering to our front door. We love the cart!
I was very pleased with all services from eWheelz! I was able to review inventory and all the features of the cart I was interested in online with Barbara. She was able to send pictures as well as invoice! Saved me a couple of hours travel time! Cart delivered as described on a transport truck as discussed! Can’t be happier about the cart and all of folks at eWheelz of Fernadina Beach!
These guys are amazing. We rented from E-Wheelz several times during trips to Amelia Island before eventually buying a golf cart of our own, and we always had a great experience. Recently, though, they went truly above and beyond. We had just replaced our original batteries with a new lithium battery, but unfortunately the new battery was defective out of the box. Even though we bought it several states away and only haul our cart down for the summer, Ender was more than happy to receive the warranty replacement at E-Wheelz, hold it for us until we arrived, and help facilitate returning the defective battery to the manufacturer. That is exceptional customer service—especially considering we did not even purchase the battery from them. If you’re in Amelia Island and need a golf cart, these guys are the best. Highly recommended!
We bought this Jaxmax cart at eWheelz and the experience was great. Car buying should be so smooth - great team there.
Coming from Fort Worth, 980 miles away, I knew we were going to rent a cart for the day. My wife and I had the best experience overall with our experience at eWheelz Golf Carts. They staff was great: on time, clean, courteous and excellent on customer service. A huge shout out to Reese who helped with directions, maps and local suggestions on points of interest. If you’re renting a cart, go see these guys! They are awesome and you’ll see what I’m bragging about! Thank you eWheelz and Reese! Excellent job!!!!
