So, I just closed on a house, March 2 to be exact. Everything went smoothly, insurance and all. Adam found me the cheapest option I could get, even being close to the water. Where he really earned this 5-star review was when the title company forgot to send in the check to Universal Property and Casualty; they were going to cancel the policy. Adam called the insurance, the mortgage company, and the title to get it resolved. 48 hours later, the policy was reinstated. I don't think an independent could possibly do more. Highly recommend. 👍👍
