Everything Automotive provides honest, top-tier care with fair pricing and a knowledgeable staff that takes the time to do the job right. Most of all, they take customer service seriously and genuinely care about the people driving the vehicles. I originally scheduled a 3-hour service at the Beach Blvd location, but a sudden staffing issue meant it wouldn't be ready until end-of-day or the next morning. The rep there was upfront and apologetic, but couldn't resolve it. I called this location and the manager (Tony) was already aware of the situation. He told me to bring my car right over, promising: "I'll have someone waiting the moment you arrive, we'll hand them the keys and they'll get started right away” - and that’s exactly what happened. My service was completed right on time and for the exact price quoted. They used genuine OEM parts and fluids tailored to my Toyota (instead of the subpar, generic options other shops use) and strictly followed manufacturer procedures rather than taking shortcuts. Tony and his team couldn't control a sudden staffing issue at a sister store, but they completely owned their response to it. They turned a frustrating hurdle into a masterclass in customer service. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!
If you're looking for an honest, reliable mechanic, this is the place to go. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. They treat every customer with respect, provide fair pricing, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. You'll leave knowing your vehicle is in great hands!
I was referred to this location from Mike from their other location since I was in town for military training. Just like their other shop. I had a great experience here getting my car serviced! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They clearly explained what needed to be done, gave me an accurate estimate, and kept me updated throughout the process.
Extremely thorough with every vehicle of mine they have repaired. Very reliable. Never felt pressured to "fix everything all at once" like I've experienced at other repair shops. Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable on whatever problem my car was in for. Prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
My experience was very pleasant. The guy Tony was a joy very nice. I will be bringing my other cars to this place. I recommend this place. 5 star services . Tony was very honest .
