Everything Automotive of Jacksonville, Inc.

I have an 08 GMC Sierra, these guys took care of it and gave it the love it needed. I highly recommend their service. Communication was fast and clear. Pricing was clear from the beginning and was more than fair overall. No B.S. in regards to what needs to be fixed and what doesn't, they tell you the honest truth. That's hard to find and greatly appreciated. Warranty length is amazing and really makes you feel like you made the right choice. I will bring every car I ever need work on here.

The timing belt on my 4runner went out. Had the car towed here and Mike was an amazing person to work with. We didn't have the money to put down at the moment to pay for the service. So what did Mike do, he kept my vehicle safe at his shop until I was able to have it towed to a mechanic that was going to work on it. Was only charged for the diagnostic test. I was out of town for 2 weeks and he kept assuring me everything was ok. When the tow truck came they were closing down and he stayed to assure that my wife was safe! A mechanic that's straight and truthful and on top of that just a good person. Will definitely do business with you guys in the future. Thank you again Mr. Mike and God bless you and your family!

Excellent service! I had the team check out my vehicle prior to a XC road trip and they were able to give me a full rundown on what needed to be fixed. Always felt they were honest and looking out for my best interest. Quick, professional and quality work. Mike, working the front desk while I was there runs a great shop. Would recommend.

The gentlemen at this shop are all tremendously kind. I accidentally locked myself out of my car while at my kid's school near their shop, and came to them as a last-ditch-effort to find anyone who could help me. They were all super understanding and compassionate, making every effort to help me figure out what to do. Although they are not locksmiths, and had zero obligation to do so, they made every attempt to help and ultimately Thomas was able to get it opened for me. It was truly a blessing because I would have been completely stranded if they hadn't been willing to try helping me. I'm beyond grateful for their kindness and will 100% be returning as a regular customer, and recommending them to anyone who needs mechanical service because I know they care about their customers. 11/10 awesome business with fantastic people running it. Thank you to the men at Everything Automotive. You guys are absolutely awesome!
