I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Lorrie for informing me about how to review everything and who to reach out to if there are ever any issues. I have been coming here for several years now, and I’ve never had a problem before and staffs are awesome! Even though I have other laundromats that are closer to my home, this is the one I choose to come to because, honestly, nothing compares to it. I really appreciate the quality of the facility and the way everything is maintained. I also want to thank you for the remodeling and the added security, especially in the bathroom and at the front door after hours. As a single mother, I truly appreciate the effort you’ve made to make the facility feel safer and more secure. Thank you again for your help and for everything you do. I truly appreciate it and will continue coming here because of the great experience I’ve had over the years. Be blessed!
The location is great, and the machines are clean. The problem is the card system. I just paid 2 times, $20 total for a machine that never started, and is not working. Now I have to pay another $10 to change to another machine. $30 gone! Is Friday night and no one to help me or report the issue. Update: Great costumer service. Shana is wonderful and helped me resolve the issues I had. Thank you!
Came here because they were open late. What a nice surprise. Clean and great machines. I felt safe and the place was well lit. Def going to use again. Open till midnight. Don't bring quarters, all card. Bills and or credit/debit card gets you a reloadable card.
I just wanted to give a quick mention about this place! It is always clean. The staff is nice; particularly Lori! She always has a smile and willing to lend a hand! People really do come here just because of her!
Laurie is always so nice and helpful. The place is always clean and kept up with. This is the only laundry mat I will use
