Eufrocina Del Rosario, MD

Dr. Del Rosario is thorough and keeps me informed about additional testing to stay healthy. She doesn’t lecture her patients when they decline any tests they don’t want. She isn’t quick to pull out a prescription pad, and stresses the importance of a healthy and clean lifestyle. The office staff is pleasant despite how busy it can be. My husband and children are also patients and love seeing her as well.

I’ve only been a patient for a little over a year. My first couple of visits were fine, although she was somewhat dismissive. My most recent visit, seeking help with depression after my mother past away last month, she was extremely rude and dismissive, and did not take the time to listen to anything I was trying to say. The entire experience was triggering for me, where I ended up losing it, and stormed out of the examination room crying. A nurse guided me to a restroom where she prayed over me and tried to console me. And her care and empathy is greatly appreciated. She even asked if there was someone she could call for me. I was able to calm down after several minutes crying in the restroom and she guided me to my car. She gave me her number so I could text her to let her know that I made it home safe. This is what a caring health professional looks like. Dr. Del Rosario could learn a thing or two from this nurse. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. She needs more training when it comes to listening to her patients and she definitely needs mental health training or a refresher.

I have been going to Dr Del for many years. She is a good doctor…however , I recently had a time sensitive issue that needed to be addressed within a few days . I called twice and and was told that my message would be sent to her with priority status. It’s been several days and I haven’t heard from her staff. Therefore , I have cancelled future appointments. Unfortunate
