Exceptional customer service!!! The team at Estrella genuinely took the time to understand my needs and what was important to me. We came up with a plan to cover my home an auto that was affordable and gave me the coverage I needed in case of an unforeseen incident. This company is excellent, I telling you, I was paying a lot for my insurance and Amaya founded me a rate half less than I was paying. Of course I switched. At first I talked to Juan he didn't tell me but I knew the way he was talking to me he was the CEO expertise and professionalism. Then Amaya is the best, great customer service she was looking until she found the lowest cost on insurance for me. Also she gave me those plastic holders with the insurance cards inside. All those details make this company worth to do business with them. I highly recommend this insurance company. They are in Merill rd. And Baymeadows rd. They speak Spanish too.
Genuine care! Service that fits my needs and budget! Clear explanation to help me understand my coverages . On top of that she saved me a whole lot of money because she had the knowledge!!! This is my experience with Estrella. Simply fantastic and the best!!! All agents are not made equal, I can tell you that because prior to using their service i was with another agency who simply had me in their system and I thought that was it. With Estrella insurance, they helped me see that I had been missing important coverages and overpaying. I live in the State of Texas and the helped me with other family members and friends state wide . When I am at the doctor and need quick access of details , my agent is always there when I call. She is available, responsive at 1000% all the time and she will look out for you and your family.

I truly recommend this insurance office for all your needs from auto, home, commercial, health, etc… I have all my needs handle by this professional agent. Juan is really knowledgeable about insurance matters and explains everything in details. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable and understanding your needs.
