Timely updates via text. I had to reschedule 2 days past the original delivery date. I talked with 2 different customer service reps and they were very easy to communicate with. Both delivery drivers I talked to, spoke real world, as I also drive trucks with CDL-A, so I understand dilemmas.

Tracking so-so, knew the day it was coming but not the time frame period and got a phone call it was here so we waited around a lot of extra time. That being said the delivery guy was amazing. Very helpful went beyond duty. I loaded us to some damage to the box We took some picture that was okay and he took the extra time to place it actually in our garage. Very nice and helpful person made the whole thing a good experience
Communication during the shipping process was phenomenal. My delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure I received my package in a timely manner.
Very professional driver.package was a pool table that was delivered with forklift damage to the top of table. Table is still setting in my yard for pickup , it's been more than 48 hours and they have NOT called me for pickup window
Great time for delivery. Product placed where I asked. Friendly driver and didn't have a problem with the delivery.
