My husband had them for 10 years and the prices are higher than Direct and Progressive and the customer service is awful especially Crystal. Then we cancelled the insurance 3 weeks before the next payment because we are just at our wits end with this company and they send a bill after we cancelled, so basically she didn’t cancel the policy and now trying to get more money. I’m very disappointed how this company operates and does business. Doesn’t seem right that they can do this just because they are upset that I keep leaving bad reviews. Crystal even asked my husband to have me take down my review. Unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to be a professional. Very disappointing. Do better by your customers!!
Gwen has been awesome to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and professional and get us the best insurance that fit our needs at the right price.
I was great full for not having to go in to pay my bill because I'm using a walker or wheelchair

Do yourself a favor and call them, they are worth it! Everyone in the office is so kind and you are treated with respect with every interaction. The value of customer service seems to be lost these days amongst most companies. They provide quick service while making sure you get the most for your money. I switched my car insurance over to them and am saving so much. Special thank you to Crystal, you are amazing!
