Wait time was long I wait over 40 minutes to see the provider and the entire visit I was rush he talk to me for 5 minutes. The Medical assistant wasn’t prepared to ask me for a urine sample. I advice her I was going to use the restroom, then right after I saw the Doctor he made a comment stating “she didn’t get a urine sample” I explained I had to go back to work and couldn’t wait to give that urine sample. This was a wasted time, wasted money. In the end I have to schedule another appointment. All because they weren’t prepared and they also didn’t take any accountability.
Excellent service friendly he gives extra special care to his patients.He makes sure your opinions matters. He involves you in your health planning.He just doesn’t dictate what’s needed to be done.He involves you in the process, and also giving you choice.That fit’s your needs of treatment not just telling you what you need to do, he involves you in every detail of the process. And his staff is the same from the front desk to every Nurse, just a friendly environment you are truly made to feel like family. Not just a patient. They take the time to explain your insurance, they make sure your referral are sent to the doctors that takes your insurance they always go the extra mile for their patients.
I always appreciate the care and support at Dr. Michel’s office. I also want to give a special thank you to the lab support at the office. Eric is an awesome member of the team! He’s very professional and getting my blood drawn has always been a scary experience for me BUT not with Eric. He can quickly locate your vein and before you know it you’re done! He is a valuable asset to the office_ for sure.
Office was clean. The staff were very professional and punctual. Dr Ernst Michel was amazing. He made my day feel very at ease, and comfortable while we n the examination room. My first time there with my dad, and we were very pleased with the service.
