I absolutely LOVE Dr. Rosemund. He is so caring and always takes time with me, he listens to me, and he is always so effective in all he does with very sound judgment. He is not just a Dr., but an advocate for my health and protects my values when it comes to what is injected into my body and whats not. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Rosemund other than he is the first doctor that I've ever had that truly cares and takes care of me. He's not just a provider, but a great friend. Thank you Dr Rosemund for 9 years of service to me. Most of the staff are very kind. There have been some instances that people have been very snappy and nippy at me when I made requests which has been reported but he's very good about getting people out of his office that dont' belong and are unprofessional. If anyone does have a problem, definitely report it immediately. He can't fix what he doesn't know about. Sincerely, Nathanial Waters

Dr. Rosemund is a genius! From the second he steps in to the room my excellent care starts. He has an incredible command of my medical challenges and proceeds to find solid solutions. My husband attends my visits with me and agrees Dr. Rosemund is the best. Added to the fact that he is kind, respectful and truly interested in helping. He is a rare gem. Best doctor in the Baptist health system.

I have been seeing Dr. Rosemund for many years and have always been happy with the doctor and office staff. However, now that's changing. The doctor is as good as ever but the staff can quickly affect the way a person feels about the services. Now, I can put a call in about a serious issue such as my insulin and never get a return call. It took over a month and three calls to have my referrals put through. I am disappointed and thinking about find another provider.

I have been a patient for many years but am considering changing due to issues with the office; I love Dr. Rosemund but have had a terrible times getting referrals. orders for bone density and med refills. After trying for weeks to get a referral to a doctor I must see regularly, I went and sat in the office to wait for it. They said it might not be completed that day (it had been requested repeatedly in the 2 mos. previous) I said if not I'd be back first thing in the morning. Twenty minutes later I had my referral. The office always blames the other offices or the pharmacy but the nexus of the trouble is their office.
