At 56 years old I’m not easily impressed with much of anything…especially dentist..but this office and Doctor Townsend is a wow! The second you call to set an appointment, to having visited in person; the experience was pure excellence! I am big on efficiency..and they NAIL IT; check in, check out, dentist and assistants ALL extremely professional and highly highly competent. A dentist that take the time and explains in detail what he has done is great! I strongly recommend Ponte Vedra Complete Dental Care.
Finding a good dentist is not easy. I know this from past experience. Dr. Townsend takes time with his patients to explain what he is doing and why. He is very careful not to let his patients feel discomfort. He does not push you to have procedures done that are not necessary. He works with you to help decide the best path to take when there are options, and will take which ever path you choose. To have this kind of trust in your dentist is priceless, and the reason I have been a patient of Dr. Townsend's for over 20 years.
Went to him with a pain in one tooth issue that he could not resolve and I had to figure it out myself. Disappointing since they did not take my insurance and I had to pay around $120.00 out of pocket. I am an accountant not a dentist.
They are the best! Agree the price is high but worth it for our teeth. They are all caring and very professional. Won’t go anywhere else when I hav the best.
