Been trying since before school started to get my son his VPK certificate. Keeps getting denied because they say they cant read the lease so i reapplied now they can read the lease but not the water bill reapplied again now they can read the water bill but not the shot record....did this 5 times. So i faxed the paperwork (cuz everyone can read a fax right) after they said the lease would work for residency now they denied me cuz i didnt send the water bill for proof of residency. Been trying to call for 2 days and no one at ANY of the extensions ever answers.
Can never get them on the phone. Why even have phone lines???? Zero stars if i could. Just terrible.
