Epic Pools are a joy to work with. This past year has been manic for us and we’ve had to work with several different contractors, so speaking from recent experience, Epic was amazing. The communication with the team we worked with (Paul, Dylan, and Tracy) was fantastic. We got regular updates, clear timeframes, and great design planning and review of what we were getting. The construction started on time and completed within the planned window. The contractors Epic work with are best in class. They were flexible with our specific needs and how we wanted certain details managed (e.g. how the electric was ran from our main panel to the pool subpanel). We had no trouble with the permitting or the build at all. Our pool is beautiful, exactly what we wanted, and met all our expectation. So, yes, we would highly recommend Epic and wish they could take over running the other projects we have!
We had a great experience with Epic Pools from start to finish. The pool turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations. Paul, our sales representative, was great to work with — knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, even almost took a stray cat that showed up to the site! And only didn't because it moved on to another place. Dylan, the project manager, did an excellent job keeping everything on track and making sure the project moved smoothly. We also really appreciated the weekly updates from Tracy, which kept us informed about what would be happening each week and made communication easy. A special thanks as well to Chris, our pool school instructor, who was super knowledgeable and did a great job teaching us how to properly maintain and care for the pool. Overall, the entire team was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. We’re extremely happy with our new pool and would highly recommend Epic Pools!
I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with Epic Pools. From the very start, Doug understood our vision and brought to life the clean, classic design we hoped for. Tracy in the front office kept us informed with weekly updates throughout each phase of construction, making the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. Our foreman, Nick, was detail-oriented and always available to answer questions and address concerns. Every subcontractor treated our home with care and respect, and it was clear they took pride in their work. Lastly, Chris was a pleasure to work with. He got the pool up and running and made pool school interesting and easy to understand. We could not be happier with the finished product. Our pool is beautiful and has transformed our backyard into a space our family will enjoy for years to come. We highly recommend Epic Pools to anyone considering a pool build!
Have heard about nightmares when putting in a pool. Did my research and am so glad I chose EPIC POOLS. After permitting process the actual work only took about 3 1/2 months. Wow they were fast and the workmanship is great. Communication was very good. Their whole team is knowledgeable and professional. We will be enjoying this pool for the rest of our life.
Our experience with Epic Pools was outstanding from start to finish. Our sales reps, Doug and Connor, helped us get the most pool for our money while bringing our backyard vision to life. Our project manager, Nick, along with the office staff - especially Tracy - and our pool tech, Chris, were all a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with weekly updates outlining what to expect in tge coming week. Nick had a great eye for detail and ensured our project stayed on track and went exactly as planned. The various crews working on the project did an excellent job, our yard and job site were always left clean at the end of each workday. The final result is a beautiful pool and patio, and we couldn’t be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend Epic Pools to anyone considering a pool installation.
