  Horrible insurance company. I have been walking around with a flesh-eating parasite in my forehead since the beginning of the year (when my organisation switched to pointcomfort) and because I originally included a swollen lymph node from 14 days before 2025 in my claim, my whole illness has been marked as a “pre-existing condition”. I have now supplied the insurer with a note from my doctor stating that the lymph nodes were unrelated and that there was no such thing as a “pre-existing condition” and the insurance company is still giving me a hard time. They close the claims without informing you, they write vague answers and refer to the customer service phone number who then refers you back to the email. HORRIBLE experience and I am still waiting for approx. $750.
