Dr Odgie is an excellent Dr. Caring attentive and thoughtful. However to schedule an appointment for an office visit is frustrating. Called this morning for a cortisone shot in my knee which is an ongoing problem. First available slot was November, I realized she an excellent Dr. However if I have to wait for an appointemnt for a simple shot for 4 months when I'm in pain today guess I'll be looking for another Dr. Thank you Dr Odigie for your excellent care I hope my next Dr is half as good.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the highest regard. Dr. Odigie and her staff were attentive, kind, and truly welcoming. I felt heard, seen, and valued throughout my visit. Dr. Odigie took the time to listen and address my concerns with care and professionalism, which made me feel completely at ease. I am truly thankful for such an amazing experience and highly recommend her and her team.

I came to see Dr. Odigie on February 17th for a foot injury and was sent for x-rays. Later, I received a call from a medical equipment company advising of an order from my doctor for a short walking boot. Once x-rays were completed on Wednesday, I had to call back on Friday for my results. Roxanne advised of my results and I requested a call from my provider since I wasn't told about needing a boot and since there was no fracture I needed to know the frequency and duration for the boot wear. I called the following week to follow up and Roxanna screamed at me on the phone. Then I returned 4 weeks later and Roxanna asked me for the same ID & insurance card I provided in February. I told her my policy is contract year, from June - July. She didn't check me in and waited for the receptionist to finish her call all for the receptionist to advise they took this information in February and won't need it again until June. I don't know what Roxanna's issue is with me or if she needs some Personal Time off, but I cannot interact with front office staff that act like Roxanna.
