Engel and Völkers St. Augustine

Richard (Parky) was our Agent for the house we purchased in St. Augustine. He was professional and great to work with. Honest and thorough, he was able to guide us into what we wanted/needed. He took the time to get to know our family, our needs, and then fit those desires into the right home for us. Never pushy, he always seemed to have time for us. When we went to look at homes, he really made the effort to hear what our likes/dislikes were, and made those changes into our next appointments. This made finding the house of our dreams a great experience. Highest recommendation to Parky and the group!

This company is outstanding. I was looking for a home to purchase and Parky helped me in every way possible. He was available to show me places as well as help me in the process of buying and closing on my home and understanding anything that may have been foreign to me.
