After one scheduled appointment and two emergency visits, I can confidently say this office deserves a review. I’ve never had a good experience with a dentist. As a child, I was told procedures wouldn’t hurt when they did, or that they’d be quick when the wait felt endless. Add a cold office, children crying and screaming, and the psychological terror of *Dr. Giggles*—a movie I saw when I was young—and it’s no wonder dental work has always frightened me. The PTSD is real. But I didn’t experience any of that here. My first visit was with Dr. Cline, who was kind, gentle, and an absolute class act. Then I met Dr. Britto, who was incredibly patient. Before starting, he helped me calm down, and his staff checked on me until my 42-year-old big grown self felt ready to begin. I’d be remiss if I didn’t call it like I see it: to my fellow minorities, if you’re looking for an endodontist who truly cares, this is the place to go. As minorities, we often face institutional racism in health care, but at this practice, I never felt I had to worry about being treated differently. I felt cared for and respected. The staff is an absolute reflection of the doctors as well, those ladies are top tier! I’m sure that if I’d found this practice sooner, I wouldn’t have put off so much dental work out of fear. They’ve gone above and beyond for me. After living with pain and most recently debilitating pain because I delayed the care I needed for years, I can honestly say I’d find a way to pay for treatment even if it meant my mortgage was late. That’s how much I trust this team. I’m rolling with this crew!

Dr. Britto was hands down the best I’ve ever seen. Such a personable and kind human. Very professional and informative. Seriously, don’t be nervous about going there. He makes you feel like family. Shout out to all of his staff. Danielle and May were amazing as well. So, so, compassionate. If I had dentists like this growing up, I would have never developed a fear of dentists. Dr. Britto has a good heart and takes his time with his patience. He makes sure they understand what is happening. The front desk was smiles and friendly. Highly recommend.

Dr. Britto and his staff took wonderful care of both my husband and me. He truly made me feel that I could trust his judgment and that he genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I’m very grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and excellent care we received.

Where do I even start! I am terrified of any dental work. BUT THIS PLACE CHANGED THAT! They were kind from the moment I walked in. The surgeon was gentle, patient and empathetic. His assistant was so nice and made the visit actually enjoyable! I am so thankful to have been sent to this office for my root canal.
