I love Encore Nail Spa!! Henry is the best, he does my nails perfect every single time. I pick/ bite my nails and he always makes sure to fix everything for me and make my nails look amazing. He does great designs too. I always walk in and he makes sure to go above and beyond to get me sat down fast in his chair. I highly recommend :))
I've been coming here ever since they opened, and it's always a great experience! Every time I come in with a new design, and every time they nail it (pun intended). Tina gives some of the best manicures I've ever had in my life. More importantly, they work with my natural nails and don't try to talk me into acrylic. Even my friends have come over the bridge to get their nails done here! So glad to have them close to home.
I loved my experience. Me and my mom came in for my birthday and we thought that everyone did a great job taking their time to make sure we had an amazing experience. I'd def comeback again and recommend to others.
I have been to many places over the years but Encore stands out as the best. Tina takes amazing care, always makes sure to exceed my expectations. I left today’s design up to her and it looks amazing!! Highly recommend!!
I want to start by saying that everyone we interacted with was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service itself did not meet our expectations. The pedicure we selected took much longer than expected, but not in a way that reflected extra care or attention to detail. My mom was left with the hot towel and wax on her feet for over 15 minutes, and by the time someone returned, they were completely cold. The nail work was also disappointing. My mom’s French manicure looked unfinished and honestly appeared as though it had been done at home rather than professionally. For the price we paid we expected a much higher level of quality and attention to detail. I’m sad to say we won’t be returning at this time. I hope the salon considers additional training and quality checks for the services being provided, because the staff was very pleasant and the experience has potential with some improvements.
