My experience with this company was great! The emoloyees were all very polite, prompt, and honest. Highly recommend!!
Horrible customer service. I am trying to locate replacement glass for a product that these guys have sold and they have been the rudest, most difficult people to deal with. They distribute a style with very limited availability and are not easy to work with in trying to get a replacement. I dealt with John and his manager. Poor customer service skills.
Apw always takes care of get right been going there for about 10 years very good people
