They just want the money they don't care about people. I have lost my ID card and now I'm wondering if I will get it replace. If you do something wrong the Staff will yell at you. Their Support Living Coaches is no good. They let me go my own pace when I'm at Stores with them. They like to cause problems. One of my Roommates was in a yelling match. They LOVE DRAMA. Never use this Program. It is a waste of time.

At the last minute, I find out my brothers group home is closing. I have to move him from West Palm to Jax. A friend of my son recommend I call Empowerment and speak to Brian and Rita. After 3 phone calls and once speaking to Brian, I never heard back from them. I was , however, given a phone number from a young girl who answered the 2nd call. That phone number was to an abuse hotline. ?? Not impressed whatsoever.
This is the best company I have been with for years I have known the owner Mr. Brian Sanders for 20 years and his wife Rita for a little bite I would recommend this company 100% to any one with a disability It is a grate company
I have personally done business with Empowerment Programs for the last few years! I can say from personal experience the owners truly care about their employees and clients!
