Before working with Kevin, we weren't starting from zero. We’d read books, understood the framework, and we were trying to implement it on our own. But without coaching, we were spinning and going slow with good intentions, mountains of chaos, not enough traction to show for it and we were not getting the results we needed. Kevin and the Empire OS massively accelerated everything. What would have taken us months of fumbling on our own started clicking into place. The "who does what by when" clarity that was always missing is now becoming an integral part of how we operate. Our team loves it too. Our meeting structure went from something we dreaded to something the whole team actually looks forward to. Things are getting done, consistently and that's a fantastic feeling. What I appreciated most about Kevin is his patience. We came in with a lot of moving pieces across two businesses, and he never made us feel behind. He met us where we were, brought some structure to the chaos, and kept us moving forward every single week.
Before working with Kevin, my husband and I were feeling the weight of being in the day-to-day of our businesses... making a lot of decisions as they came and knowing we needed more structure, but not quite sure how to build it. Going through Empire Training with Kevin has started to bring that structure into place. We’re still early in the process, but already feel more clarity around our roles and how to operate more intentionally as CEOs instead of staying stuck in the weeds. Kevin was steady, practical, and easy to work with throughout, and having an Implementation Coach helped us actually follow through instead of just talking about change. If you’re looking for a framework to bring more organization and direction to your business, Empire is a great place to start.
We hired Empire Operating Systems at a critical stage in our business when we were carrying a large backlog of projects and needed to ensure our company was properly structured with the right systems in place to scale sustainably. Working with Kevin Haught was an absolute pleasure. He helped us build and solidify our organizational chart, responsibility chart, scorecards, and implement the Predictive Index to clearly define the right roles and seats for our team. The clarity and structure EOS brought to our company has been invaluable. I highly recommend EOS and Kevin Haught to any small business looking to grow into a well-organized, scalable, and sustainable operation.
Kevin has helped our company know where we stand and what our focus should be, he pointed us in the direction to align on our weekly meetings. He was an abundance of knowledge and our team was looking forward to his meetings with him. Now we know what our best next move as a team would be and will be taking action soon as possible! Thanks Kev!
Working with Kevin Haught through the Empire Operating System has been a great experience for our business. Before Empire, we had a lot of moving parts and needed better structure, accountability, and clearer systems to keep growing the right way. Kevin helped us organize our operations, simplify processes, and put a real framework in place that we can actually use day to day. What I appreciated most is that Kevin is practical, direct, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. He doesn’t just give advice, he helps you implement it and stay consistent. Since working with him, we’ve had better clarity in our business, stronger communication, and more confidence in how we operate and make decisions. If you’re a business owner who wants more structure, accountability, and a system to help you grow, I’d definitely recommend Kevin and Empire. It’s been well worth it!
