  Horrible physician and horrible office. He comes into the room ready wearing gloves and a mask. I don’t care about him wearing ppe and a mask but the gloves, I don’t know where they’ve been yet you come in wearing them. He doesn’t listen to you to understand what is going on. Trying to get my asthma Inhaber and protonix filled was a complete nightmare. I have to get my bloodwork done outside of Baptist due to my insurance and he has been CCed on ALL my records including labs, hospitalizations, and surgeries yet he nor his office applies those outside records to your record despite how important they are. He expects to see you every 6 months for physicals and refuses to refill life saving meds that require no monitoring eg:my asthma inhaler. Also had an abnormal mammogram recently and asked for orders for the diagnostic mammo WITH breast US and ONLY the diagnostic mammo orders were sent. Messages via my chart weren’t returned to correct the order until a MONTH later and messages to the MA unreturned. I had to get the order for breast ultrasound from one of my colleagues (I am an RN). Too many issues with this office to even count. I expected more of Baptist than this and some attention to WHAT is going on with patients who have nearly died and the records sent to you. The only thing I can say is that he is nice but I dont feel like he is a competent physician
