Dr. Poland and the staff and Borland Grover are excellent. She listened well to my issue and made a plan to proceed forward in a clear and concise manner. I truly felt that she listened and cares about her patients.
The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Poland not so much. She is highly competent. But she was sarcastic and dismissive when I suggested I might have ingested the cyclospora parasite. She did give me a kit that would test for cyclospora along with a wide spectrum of infections. “Because you won’t be convinced without testing,” she said. I understand that it can get on a doctor’s nerves when patients try to diagnose themselves. But, while I admire Dr. Poland’s bluntness, I also need her to be understanding. I’m in pain.
Great experience. Best IV experience I’ve ever had. You wouldn’t know I had an IV in by looking at my hand afterwards. Great staff. Very informative. Highly recommend this facility and Dr Poland.
Dr Poland and her staff were great! They put me at ease for my procedure and were very kind and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I had a great experience with Dr. Poland and the entire staff at Borland Groover. She and her entire staff were very professional and helpful. They made an “uncomfortable” procedure seem almost easy!
