Watch out for Tonia. If she chooses that she doesn't like you she will go out of her way to drive up and down your street trying to find what she can to complain about and cause you problems. Tows people she doesn't like but leaves the people she favorites alone. Hires the cheapest and worst companies for clean up including the weekly trimming and mowing of the community. Many times I've seen workers laying on the grass and taking naps instead of doing their job. The pool is closed half the time and the other half it's disgusting and filled with dirt and leaves and leaves my children's skin itching like a storm. Beware of this community. If I had known that the HOA were as horrendous as they are I would've picked another home to purchase. DO NOT CHOOSE EMERALD PRESERVE OR SUMMERLIN.

Good luck getting anyone to do something about your issues. It's another giant HOA run from another city. If you can get someone on the phone, you'll be placated with promises of action, then left to wonder if anything will be done. They're in it for the money and nothing more.

Sumerlin is a great place to live. Peaceful neighborhood, great location. Tonya in the office is so great--very friendly and fun to talk to!
