Emberix Chimney Sweep Cleaning

Had a rough experience with another chimney place last month so I was skeptical. Totally different story with Emberix Chimney Sweep Cleaning. Got the flue repair done and they were totally reliable and they got to me within the hour. Got a same-day appointment which saved me. Honored the quote even when the job ran long. Fair quote.

had a complicated situation with the chimney waterproofing. two other companies came out, scratched their heads, and gave me wildly different diagnoses. emberix chimney sweep cleaning took their time, actually tested things properly, and showed me exactly what was going on. turned out to be something the other guys completely missed. got a same-day appointment which saved me. sent a real person, not a call center runaround. diagnosed the problem right away. the fix held up perfectly. priced right. this is why you go with people who know what they're doing. saved their number.

Look, wasnt sure what was wrong, just knew something was off. Emberix Chimney Sweep Cleaning ran through it, showed me the actual problem, and quoted a flat price for the chimney cleaning. No hidden fees. Had the parts on the truck which saved a trip. They showed up in a marked truck and in uniform, felt legit. Either way, glad I went with them.
