Shoutout to Byron for always working with a good smile on his face! I don’t know how I was living life without knowing the existence of this place! Love the many options for good quality coffee, and their bagels are SO good for a “fast food” chain. So superior to the other well known chains such as the green one and the donut one, and not overpriced at all like the green chain is now. Friendly staff, Italian quality at an American pace. Waited in line for over 25 minutes. When I paid, the employee asked for a tip and I declined. A tip was added to my charge anyway. When I questioned the total and asked for a receipt, I was initially refused and told the coffee was just priced that high. That was not true. The online pricing was lower. After insisting, I was finally given a receipt, which showed the correct coffee price but also showed an added tip that I did not authorize. When I asked about it, the employee was dismissive and had an attitude, then handed me the receipt and shut the door immediately. Very disappointing experience. Long wait, incorrect charges, refusal to provide a receipt when asked, and unprofessional customer service. I will not be returning.

Edit to my previous review: Since I mentioned the cream cheese in my last review and it was addressed- I have now been here at least 10 more times and gotten a bagel every time…that has had a generous amount of cream cheese LOL I am actually really impressed you addressed the issue and have gotten your entire team doing this! Everyone that works here is seriously really sweet and always full of smiles. This has become my new favorite place and I might be slightly addicted!!!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would!!!!! Fantastic job!!!!! Pretty good! I love the cinnamon raisin bagels and strawberry cream cheese. Depending on who makes it, they might skimp a little on the cream cheese tho, so you may want to ask for extra if you’re a food lube person like me!! The Sicilian smoothie is really good and I highly recommend!!! The cafe latte, not so much, but I’m pretty picky when it comes to my coffee, so it could just be me. Overall, the staff I’ve dealt with there have all been very friendly and helpful and I’m pleased! The drive thru line might be long but it’s worth it!
