I can't say enough good things about Dr. Carpenter and the entire team at Elite Smile. From my very first visit, I felt welcome and cared for. Dr. Carpenter recommended an outstanding endodontist for my root canal, and that referral made the entire process seamless. Once the root canal was completed, I returned to Elite Smile for my crown, and Dr. Carpenter did an exceptional job. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. My temporary crown fits great, and I have complete confidence in the permanent crown that will be placed in a few weeks. It's refreshing to find a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about her patients. The professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness shown by Dr. Carpenter and her staff truly stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter and Elite Smile to anyone looking for quality dental care. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!
We had such an amazing experience today with Ms. Andie! She was beyond patient, kind, and personable with our girls. From the moment we walked in, she made them feel so comfortable and excited to be there. You can truly tell she loves what she does, and it takes a very special person to make little ones actually enjoy going to the dentist. The girls absolutely adored her. The dentist was wonderful as well, so warm, gentle, and welcoming. We left feeling so grateful for such a positive experience. Truly one of a kind care from everyone there!
Dr. Freeman and Patrica both treated me with care and respect. They both explained in great detail a dental plan for me and why this plan would give me the best results possible. They did not rush through my consultation. All of the staff that I encountered were cheery and welcoming. The office is clean and very nice.
I had a very mixed experience at Elite Smiles Dental. The dental hygienist I worked with was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment — she deserves recognition for the care she provided. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was the complete opposite. The receptionist was not welcoming, did not smile or acknowledge me warmly, and came across as very cold and judgmental. First impressions matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already feel anxious or vulnerable. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire visit, and this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable before I even sat down for treatment. I hope management considers additional customer service training so future patients feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they walk in.
The only reason I give this place 3 stars is due to the annoying reminders. My appointment was on a Friday, however I get a text Monday saying if I don’t confirm by end of day they will cancel and charge me $50. Come on people. Even some hotels give you 24 hours. Fix your auto reminder program to not micromanage your clients that don’t need it. Nice job relaxing on the sales push, when I first started I was always funneled to the finance person like I was buying a car. The people are great but the processes are not a good experience for your customers.
