Elite Health Direct Primary Care

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when a friend suggested I try direct primary care.. I was experiencing unusual and unpleasant symptoms. However, my PCP and even my specialists did not seem to be invested in helping me in my search for answers. Even my questions were being ignored and the doctors prejudged and categorized my issues. I felt I was being patronized. On my first visit with Dr. Noor, she clearly regarded me as more than a set of problems on a conveyor belt or boxes to be checked off in a set time frame. She encouraged me to engage and participate in a serious quest for answers and creation of goals. Communication was established directly, and I felt I could take my time. There was no system of administrators , not even a receptionist, between us. Every question I had was addressed immediately through text, telephone, telehealth or a face-to-face visit. I was treated with respect and compassion. Direct primary care is an alternative approach to personalized patient care. I have a high regard for Dr. Noor and her practice. While I do not hesitate to recommend her, I found my care at Elite to be no better and no worse than with my previous PCP. I also realized that I needed to maintain my previous level of Medicare supplemental insurance. So, for me, the Elite experience did not justify the monthly membership fee. I awarded Elite health 4 stars. The star rating system attached to reviews is arbitrary and subjective. So, a reviewer's 4 stars may be interpreted in several different ways. I believe that 4 stars signifies "very good." I rarely award 5 stars for any product or service. 5 stars signifies "perfect."

I have been under the care of Noor Daoud for many years! She is kind, caring, compassionate and passionate about helping me reach all of my health goals. She cheers for me when I'm doing well. When I'm not doing so well she is supportive and determined to help me find the answers. She takes time to ensure I understand every component of my health. She checks on me to ensure I'm okay. I trust her with my life, which has my doctor she holds in her hands. I have also seen Dr. Habboush and have found him to be just as patient and kind. You will never go wrong choosing them to take care of you!

From the moment I reached out with all of my questions, Noor at Elite Health has shown such genuine care. Incredibly responsive and insightful. It’s so nice to have someone look at me as a full person and not just at the individual parts. I feel like I have someone on my team ready to help me in whatever direction I decide to take for my overall health, and keeping me informed and educated along the way. From women’s health to blood panels to even stitches, I love that I can get everything done in one place, and without feeling like I’m being taken advantage of. I can’t recommend Direct primary care enough. Especially, as an entrepreneur. Health insurance is typically my biggest expense, and this has been such a valuable replacement for me.

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing care we receive at Elite Health Direct Primary Care. We receive such personalized care, the visits are never rushed, all of our concerns are listened to and considered in our personalized care plan. We can reach out via call or text if we need something in between visits. We were previous patients in another big Drs group and followed them to their new practice because we knew the quality of care we would receive. It’s not covered by our insurance but the quality of care and access we have is far superior and well worth the cost which I find to be quite affordable.
