  I truly cannot say enough good things about Elite DNA Behavioral Health, and especially the office manager, Giselle. If I could give this office more than five stars, I would. Giselle has gone above and beyond for me in a way that I will never forget. She is genuinely kind-hearted, compassionate, understanding, and exactly the type of person you hope to encounter when you are seeking mental health care. Mental health can already be difficult enough to navigate, and having someone who actually listens and treats you like a human being makes such a difference. About a month and a half ago, I was going through an extremely difficult time in my life. I experienced a car fire while also dealing with a separation, and everything seemed to be happening at once. On top of that, I was struggling with issues involving my Medicaid coverage and getting everything approved. I was overwhelmed and really needed support. Giselle saw that. Instead of making me feel like my insurance or ability to pay was the most important thing, she recognized that my mental health and getting me the help I needed were the priority. She worked with me and helped make sure I was able to get in to see a therapist during a time when I truly needed one. That experience has stayed with me because I have never felt so genuinely cared for by a behavioral health office. Giselle didn’t make me feel like a number, an appointment, or an insurance claim. She made me feel like a person who mattered. One thing I have learned about this office is that communication goes a long way. If you communicate with them and explain what is going on, they genuinely try to work with you. That level of understanding is incredibly important in the mental health field. I am extremely grateful for Giselle, my therapist, my psychiatrist, and the care I have received from this office. When someone is struggling mentally, sometimes having even one person show compassion and help remove a barrier to getting care can make a bigger difference than they realize. I would absolutely recommend this Elite DNA Behavioral Health office, particularly because of the compassion and humanity I have personally experienced here. Thank you, Giselle, for going above and beyond for me when I needed someone in my corner. I will never forget it. ❤️
