We live in Samara Lakes and Juan Lulli is our favorite! Forget the teenagers who work at other amenity centers who scroll on their phones and avoid eye contact. Juan is so friendly to everyone and eager to help. We had a situation at our pool recently, and he jumped into action to be of assistance. He remembers everyone’s name and is super personable. I’m amazed that he works here and not at some high class resort like the Ritz! I definitely feel more at peace coming to our community pool knowing he will be on site.
Samara Lakes - Juan Lulli with Elite Amenities has been amazing. He has created a great balance between fun and safety. We appreciate his diligence and great attitude when ensuring that all parties are able to understand why safety is the most important aspect of any situation. We have the pleasure to have Juan Lulli at our pool in South Hampton for the past few years. Over the past 2 festive weekends Juan has kept the pool area clean and tidy.
