Eliezer Serrano is an incredibly efficient loan officer. He kept the transaction on track, providing constant updates to everyone involved. I highly recommend him for his proactive communication and diligence!
As first-time homebuyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer every single one of our questions—no matter how small or repetitive they may have seemed. He made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process feel manageable and even educational. What truly stood out to us was his dedication. He consistently went above and beyond, even working late nights to ensure everything moved forward as quickly and smoothly as possible. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which gave us so much confidence throughout the entire process. Not only did he help us secure our loan efficiently, but he also made sure we understood each step along the way. We never felt rushed or left in the dark—he genuinely cared about making sure we were informed and comfortable with every decision. We are so grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and commitment. We highly recommend him to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in their clients.
Eliezer was absolutely great and surpassed all my expectations. The process was smoother than I thought, my wife and I only had 2 1/2 months to leave our current rent so we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to close in time. To my surprise, we closed the deal with more than 2 weeks ahead of time! Eliezer was able to get us a low interest rate and insurance quotes which dropped our overall monthly payments. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the communication all throughout the process as well. Truly recommend him
I am beyond grateful and beyond impressed with Eliezer!! Very quick and efficient process all throughout. He answered all of our questions since Day 1 and was able to negotiate really great prices. It’s very rare to find someone as trustworthy and dedicated to what he does as him. My husband and I recommend him to everyone we see due to the excellent job he provided to us
