We hired Gardner Riel with ElderLink to be the “Professional Guardian” for my husband’s elderly mother. This is one of the worst decisions we have ever made. Ms. Riel has several verified Department of Elder Affairs complaints filed against her, that of course she did not disclose to us. This entire experience has been extremely costly for my mother in law and for us. I had to give a one star rating to post a review. But honestly, if I could give a negative star rating for our experience with Elderlink, I would.
Great company, they work really hard for their clients.
