I cannot recommend Elaine Morgin enough! She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. I truly would not have been able to get through this experience without her guidance, knowledge, and support. She listens and goes above and beyond to try to meet all of your wants and needs in a home. She took the time to explain everything, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even exciting. Thank you so very much for all of your help I’m beyond grateful!
Elaine is a fantastic realtor. She has guided me through 2 purchases and 1 sale. Always available to answer all questions and offer her recommendations/observations through years of experience. She would go well beyond the scope of what is expected and even come to our workplaces in some cases to help pickup things. She has an extensive list of connections and recommendations she shares with her clients to make the process less stressful. Even after the sales are done she and her team are available for other concerns that come up. I would definitely use her if we ever buy again. Highly recommended.

Elaine Morgin helped me sell my first home, then buy a home when I moved back into town. I was so happy with her knowledge of the industry on the first two deals that I kept in touch, and got help from her on a third deal.
