El Car Wash - Merrill Road

Shame zero stars isn’t an option. I got the graphene wash ( which is the most expensive) and the machine scratched and dented my brand new 2026 in an odd place. We had the car inspected by the dealership that confirmed my complaint and attested that this kind of scratch could only come from machinery. The manager Eston Hendricks was very rude, dismissive and unprofessional. It was unprovoked and rehearsed. He stated he did not have to show me anything, the company wasn’t paying because on the camera I arrived with the scratch. My cameras show the condition of my brand new 2026 leaving my house shortly before I arrived there without any scratch so I will be interested to hear the reason behind that falsehood. Although the young people that work there were very nice it was obvious they didn’t really know what to do outside of contacting him. They even did the botched the incident and refused to fix it. They listed my comments twice and nothing else. I am shocked and appalled by the behavior of the so called manager. It was utterly disappointing to experience such terrible customer service when the company is clearly at fault.

Worst first experience of my life. The girl at the entrance was on her phone speaking with phone up to ear didn't greet me with a hello or anything then walks up to my car... again didn't speak or anything just stood there..due to her lack of customer service I told her I did not want her help she proceeds to say “ I have to stand here they are watching me on camera” I told her again that I didn't want her help..she still stood there..As I was reading the special offers on the screen to sign up as a member she hit the “no thanks” button and walked off not even giving me a chance to pick what I wanted. She is extremely rude and lacks simple customer service skills. I complained to the office staff about her as well & everyone in the office was pleasant and welcoming not sure how far my complaint will go so I'm leaving a review as well!

Amazing grand opening Carlos, Will, and Joseph were spectacular! The whole team was very understanding of my damaged bumper and still allowed me to go through a receive an amazing wash. Mr Rivera was super kind and helpful while loading my car aswell
