If I could give this place 10 stars I would !!!! I was feeling discouraged about my 2018 Kia Sportage not running properly (I thought the engine blew) . After 5 months of letting the car sit in my garage I decided I wanted to inquire about my options for getting it fixed . After calling several companies and getting the run around I stumbled upon EJ’s. Carolina answered and was very attentive and knowledgeable. I decided to take my car up to the shop. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Carolina stayed in contact every step of the way with this process and the mechanic WENT ABOVE and BEYOND with the repairs needed. I am so grateful to have found this place. Thank you again for your professionalism and making this experience smooth and easy.

Ms Catalina and her guys were awesome. My car needed both cv axles changed, but I didn’t have the money for both. She agreed to do the worse one this week, and the other next week. Didn’t try to talk me out of it, explained everything they were doing in detail, no hassle at my decision and they were quick and polite. I am returning to finish the repairs and suggest that anyone who needs their car back on the road quickly should come to EJ’s.

Highly recommended place. They had connections for my engine swap. They help me find the guy to buy the engine, from a man they’ve been having business with the past 5 years with no issues. The had a point of contact for someone to tow my car for a reasonable price and the labor for the engine swap was definitely affordable. Once they had the engine it took less than a week for them to start and return my car.

This company doesn't embrace integrity, nor do they understand the importance of confidentiality, as they shared my info with a third party who informed me of their poor etiquette practices. Nevertheless, before I move forward, allow me to say this, if you dont speak Spanish, you'd better keep it moving. The wife who speaks English is the translator for her none English speaking husband who is clearly over charging on every turn. Now, my experience.. this company confirmed twice to me that my vehicle needed a certain part. They straight lied to me that they tested the car twice and the result was, that the part in question had to be replaced. Well, you guessed it, once I retrieved my vehicle from them, I had a certified mechanic run a diagnostic on my car only to learn that these theives never even ran a diagnostic on the car, as they were simply guessing what the issue was, having quoted me over $1500 to do the job. In the end, my new certified tech located the real issue that cost me only $600. People, be careful out there as many mechanics have mastered the art of deception and inflating cost for labor and parts. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
