I’ve lived here for almost two years, and it has truly been a great experience. I’m only leaving because of a new job opportunity, and honestly it’s hard to go because I’ve really enjoyed living here. The units are well maintained and fairly priced for the area. One of the biggest positives has been the management team. Nicole, Ben, and Joel have always been kind, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The previous team, Nicole and Katie, were also wonderful to work with. One thing that really stood out to me was when I was out of town and an expensive package arrived earlier than expected. The office team made sure it was safely brought into my apartment, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The community events are also a huge plus. They regularly host things like happy hours, paint nights, yoga classes, and other resident activities that make it easy to meet people and feel connected to the community. I’ve made some genuinely great friends here. No place is perfect, the Wi-Fi could definitely be better at times (and bluestream came this week to update things) especially for gaming but until my ping is one im not sure i can ever be happy. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. If you’re looking for a comfortable apartment with a management team that genuinely cares about residents, I would absolutely recommend living here.
Great place if you’re looking for a nice apartment! Location is perfect. Close enough to St. Augustine, close to Costco, and across the street from many shops and services. My experience with Nicole in management was very welcoming and cared for.
Eight winds has been such a great experience from getting the lease started and moving in, Kate has been an absolute lifeline to us! She has been there for every question we had and went out of her way to really help us get this apartment in such a timely manner that we had peace of mind up until our moving day. We couldn't be any more happier with our new home and Joby we couldn't be any more thankful for, he was in the office by himself waiting for us to move in that day because we had a long trip all the way from New Jersey just to move here. I don't even know where to start on these apartments, Our balcony has such an amazing view of the amenities. The apartments are really modernized and I love the color of the cabinets and the island is really what drew me to this place because the island makes the room for me! I really can't be any more happier right now with the eight-winds apartments and the maintenance is so quick to fix problems even if it's not a big one! If you move here you are definitely going to be in good hands
Nicole is amazing and the community is great. We have been fortunate enough to work with Nicole throughout our moving process. The amenities are one of a kind in the area. Alexis on the maintenance team is also very attentive and quick to get to work orders.
We love 8 Winds! We’ve had a wonderful experience here. The staff are amazing and so nice and helpful. Especially now that Nicole is the property manager, it is even better. I would highly recommend this place!
