Update- Promises made and poor customer service led me to cancel part of my order. Bill, store manager didn’t step in to help when Alex who only works 3 days a week was not timely in responding to my concerns. Alex never said he was part time and I waited for calls back and responses. Bill told me that customer service is only done by email and not phone calls. ?? I will never order anything again from this company. I waited over a month for an item (was told I would get it in a week) before I cancelled it because no tracking number or definitive expected delivery date was offered. Most importantly when I called the company, they did not have a PO from Edwin Watts for my Putter. I canceled the order. Bill was not kind over the course of my inquiries nor was he helpful. I find it difficult to understand how a company can keep someone on who treats their customers the way I was treated by Bill. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to speak with qualified customer service representatives. They listen intently, provide recommendations, and are very polite and thorough. I had the pleasure of speaking with Don, Alex and Bill. Each one provided valuable information and made me feel confident in what I was buying. I can’t thank them enough. I am across country and am not there in person to thank them. So I hope this note finds them. Most importantly, for others to feel confident and give them a call to help. Your game will thank you later! Thank you so much!!
